Diesel in Scotland rose 2.8p/l, from 197.6p/l on 20 September to 200.4p/l on 19 October. The wider move is up, although prices turned downward in the latest stretch, falling 0.9p/l from 4 October to 19 October. The latest regional average is 1.3 pence above the UK average, although individual forecourt prices can differ.
