Petrol in Scotland rose 1.3p/l, from 173.9p/l on 20 September to 175.2p/l on 19 October. The wider move is up, although prices turned downward in the latest stretch, falling 0.8p/l from 30 September to 19 October. The latest regional average is 1.1 pence above the UK average, although individual forecourt prices can differ.
